Couples & Relationship Therapy

Group Therapy
At Resonate Therapy, we see the great value in group work. We create group therapy series' that are curated to support underserved members in our community. They revolve around certain topics or experiences that bring folks together and can provide teaching of a new skill or tool.
Group therapy can be a place where you can foster meaningful connections, gain valuable insight into the experiences of your community and feel what it is like to show up and support others. Group work also can provide accountability that will help you stay committed to working toward change. You are not alone; we are in this together!
